CHARACTERISTICS
Matrix: gravity flow.
Ligand: universal ligand which recognizes all proteins and/or DNA.
Capacity: approx. 15 mg protein and/or DNA per ml resin.
Affinity matrix volume: 1ml - 5ml of resin.
Storage: Room temperature, suspension in PBS buffer pH 7.4, in the presence of NaN3 0.1% (w/v).
